RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
To organise a return or exchange please contact one of our team at . Items must be returned with 14 days of receipt. This condition applies to all full price and sale items. Please use the original shipping box to post your return. Where this is not possible please use a suitable box with sufficient padding and protection. Items that are damaged either by the customer or during return shipping will not be accepted for return. All returns must include glasses, packaging, pouches, cases and booklets. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as Pewpols does not accept any responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Returns will be processed within 48 hours, however this may vary during busy periods. Items received outside of our 28 day return period will be returned to you. Please allow 5-10 working days for refunds to appear in your account. Exchange or receive a gift card within 28 days. Exchange for different colour or size of the same style. Please allow 5-10 working days for refunds to appear in your account.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently ship to many international destinations including Ireland, The United Kingdom, Europe, North America, Canada, Australia and Japan. A tracking number will be sent to all customers following their purchase. Please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch.
TAXES & DUTIES
When purchasing from outside the EU you may be responsible for additional charges that may be charged at the request of your local import and customs department. We have no control over these charges. If you do require any further information regarding these charges, please contact your local customs office.
INSURANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Any item/items lost or severely delayed during shipping will be handled by Pewpols and a replacement order will be dispatched to you. To insure that all items are received successfully we require a signature for all goods delivered, at which point responsibility for the delivered items passes onto you. If you have specified a different recipient or address for delivery and the package has been signed for at the address provided, responsibility for the delivered items also passes onto you.
On receipt of your item/items, please check that the order matches the documentation inside the package and that the package has not been tampered with in any way. If you do notice anything wrong with your order please notify us immediately by contacting us by email to
Please insure that the shipping address provided is correct. Pewpols accepts no responsibility for incorrect addresses provided after the item has been dispatched to you. Please note that we will only deliver to the address provided on the order.
In the unlikely event that you find your product to be faulty, please contact us by email to email@example.com and our Customer Care team will be in contact with you. Return shipping for faulty items will be arranged through our customer care team. Items are only deemed faulty if they are received damaged and not where they are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear is not cover by our guarantee.
Pewpols is happy to offer a 1 year guarantee on all items. Under this guarantee we will repair or replace items with manufacturing defects. Damage caused by misuse or reasonable wear and tear are not covered by this guarantee. Items deemed to be altered or repaired without our knowledge are not covered by this guarantee.
